May 26, 2024, 4:20 AM. I had a horrible experience, I was charged $100 more than prepaid rental. I was told it was my fault for taking an upgrade. I did not take an upgrade, the car was as described on the reso. Thrifty customer service did nothing to help, just blamed me. Never rent w them. Reply.

In the early days i used to use Thrifty a lot but started getting cheaper prices elsewhere so stopped using them for that reason. Never had a problem with them. Reply. Report inappropriate content.

PICK UP - We had to take a taxi to the “off-site” location. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for a car, even though my reservation had 10:30am on it!
