The worst customer service I have ever experienced in car rental. This was exceptional, exceptionally bad. The process of hiring the pre-booked car, handing over the keys, giving directions to the car and completing paperwork was done with a minimum of syllables and grunts, all the while having conversations with other agents behind the counter.
