My car was returned on Halloween night of 2019. The car was not "admitted" to the first mechanic until 11/5/19. That was for the undercarriage.

Upon choosing a car, the employee simply handed me the keys and asked me to sign.
Here is a warning to anybody going to pick up a car at Alamo Miami Airport: We visited Florida last year and arrived at Miami airport. We had a pre-paid rental car via Holiday Autos. We had paid for a convertible and the rental location agent was Alamo. When we arrived at the pick-up desk at Miami airport we were served by a very pleasant lady.
Upon further research online, I've found that this sort of scam is common with Alamo/Enterprise, as many consumers have been ripped off and scammed into fraudulent "damage" charges. I can't believe this company is allowed to carry a business license. I've since filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General in the state of Maryland.
