   Unfortunately, I did not look at all these horrible reviews before making my Hertz car reservation in Cancun via Orbitz (offered a better price). Being a Gold member, my previous car rental experience with Hertz was always very good. In fact - this rental location is not Hertz's. These crooks just exploit the good name of a reputable company.

   I closed the deal on the internet for $750. The rental agent charged me $1,250 for a subpar car. Uploaded a photo to prove it. Hertz cheated me! I will never rent a car from Hertz again. Additionally, the so-called Gold Membership only seems to result in paying more. I felt deceived and harmed.
