I see in the flight information that my flight (Delta) lands in terminal B, then the instructions for the hotel transfer tell me to meet the bus at Terminal A luggage claim.
Some people like buying the rental company's insurance just for peace of mind. $400 to $500 is probably a good average. For a September booking like mine, $200 to $300 is the norm for a 10 day rental, but if you're booking during Christmas holiday time, $500 to $800 would be about right.
