Had the baddest of luck when I arrived in Orlando as there was a bomb threat at the parking lot of Terminal B where Super Shuttle was supposed to pick me up. Airport personnel directed us to the alternate parking lot at Terminal A were our driver Brahim picked us up minutes later and saved the day and start of my vacation - thanks!
When searching for transportation from airport to hotel on my recent Orlando vacation I found Super Shuttle. The ONLY positive was their price. I made a reservation for my arrival & prepaid including driver tip. Received a text upon arrival with instructions. What was supposed to be up to a 10 - 15 minutes maximum wait turned out to be 45 minutes!

That was fine but again 40 minutes pass, no cab. I called and 20 minutes on hold finally got a confirmation of cab. I was lucky to make my flight. The bellman at B Resort asked why I booked a Super Shuttle when Uber is more reliable and less expensive. That is a good question. Super Shuttle is a mistake I will not be making again.
