They don't have the prime locations in the airport. You will have to walk the furthest. They are not as efficient so you might have a bit of a wait.

9. Re: Payless car rental - MCO. 11 years ago. We have used Payless many times in Orlando. The last time was in June when we got an excellent rate of $88 total price for 5 day rental. When you land go to the baggage claim area and use the courtesy phone. (You cannot miss them) There is a button for Payless and they answer promptly.
