i agree with all of you. 2016 or moreso the past few months showed a more noticeable lack of response, unlike before. i finally had my pending review posted afted i made a 2nd follow up.when i opened this ticket, someone replied.but took 3-4 days to get a reply. it used to be fast. then it remained pending for another week. then after 15 days.i made a follow up and then my review got posted.
I bought a ticket to an escape room and was not sent an email confirmation but my bank was drafted. I need to know how to find out the details of my ticket and there is no customer service number to call. The event is this weekend so i expect a timely response.
It seems like people are discussing reviews here, but the poster's primary question--and mine, too--is how to open a new support ticket. I used it recently and have a support ticket logged for my original issue*, and have been able to successfully communicate back and forth with TA Support staff. * my original issue - in case this helps anyone - was that my profile information including Travel Map, Badges counts etc are not updating after submitting multiple reviews.
