From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.

I would not mind paying for a call to my phone provider, if they provided a non-toll-free number. While they do not fly to the US (and as pointed out they probably do not have too many customers from the US), it would be helpful if they had a generic number to call from the US or any other part of the world (or an Email address) - if they cared ...
