In all of the US it is very casual dress code. But I would be inclined to go smart casual, I don't remember seeing any one in shorts. I think the "containers" were always considered temporary structures. As time passes I expect more of the containers will be replaced with more permanent buildings such as Ole Red. I took a look at Ole Reds menu, I don't think their food prices are way out of line for Vegas, but I think their drink prices are a bit stiff.
