Some countries forbid some medications (particularly pain killers), some require documentation (even for things like testosterone). Well, in over 50 international trips, including 19 to Turks & Caicos, I have never been asked about prescription drugs and have never been "searched" looking for any. It is a good idea to travel with any prescriptions in their original prescription containers (or at least have the containers available).
