1 year ago. Not sure about 800 numbers, but dialling a landline in US you would put 123 + 0 + 1 + city code + number. However, the servers here charge a lot for long distance calls - around 350 pesos per minute. I have Entel but use the Skype app for international calls as it is much cheaper. Report inappropriate content.
