Just call their call center to have your e-ticket rebooked to another date. Their phoneline based on their web site in Manila is +63-2-70-20-888 . It happen to us also. That we didn't get our e-ticket on time via email from our flight from Singapore going to Manila. We just call the call center number then get our new booking reference no.
