I've been trying to call the cebu pacific customer service but still can't get hold of them. So my question is I have booked a flight CGY-CEB on july 29 and a return flight of CEB-CGY on august 2 but I can't take the flight on july 29 due to some circumstances.

I think that because of the typhoon Cebu Pacific will be having a hard time at the moment as everyone will be trying to contact them because of all the cancelled flights that's why you can't get through to them so I think you have to be patient as I'm sure you will get the refund in the end but it will take some time.
