Does any body know how To contact Cebu Pacific about my problem or waht to do? I had booked to them for a roundtrip ticket Manila - Indonesia, departure date is August 31, 2017 (Thursday) 8.45 pm. I booked it on line August 25, 2017, and was given twenty four hours to pay it in 7/11.
I've been trying to call the cebu pacific customer service but still can't get hold of them. So my question is I have booked a flight CGY-CEB on july 29 and a return flight of CEB-CGY on august 2 but I can't take the flight on july 29 due to some circumstances.
