So both bookings were made through Expedia and one was cancelled directly by BA.

Yes, because you get one ticket per passenger and each ticket gets charged separately as it is a separate accountable document with a separate ticket number. Nothing to do with dup charges. Reply. If you have an Admirals Club membership, no, you don't get access to the BA lounges. If you have high enough status level (sapphire I think) on One World, then you do.
