Hi - have a look at the info on the tokyo metro japan website (unfortunately, I can't include the web link). It says you can use the 72 hour metro pass for a one-way or round trip from Narita Airport Station or Airport Terminal 2 Station to Keisei Ueno Station and for All Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines. I just came back from Japan and wanted to give some information about the Welcome Suica vs Tokyo Metro pass as I used them both in Tokyo. 1) Welcome Suica. - Pros. No deposit. Easy to use. Can use on bus and all metro lines, JR and Private metro lines. - Cons. Can be charged only with cash from ¥1000 to ¥20000.
