    Hi - have a look at the info on the tokyo metro japan website (unfortunately, I can't include the web link). It says you can use the 72 hour metro pass for a one-way or round trip from Narita Airport Station or Airport Terminal 2 Station to Keisei Ueno Station and for All Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.
