Has anyone rented a car recently from Buget Car Rental location at the Las Vegas AIrport Rental Center.. They have the best rates but reviews are just so bad. I'm thinking to make a second reservation with another rental company in case i get there and the budget line is crazy long or they try tacking on additonal fees as others have posted in reviews.

Dollar and thrifty will charge you $10 a day for additional drivers. Including your spouse. With Budget your spouse can be added as an additional driver at no cost.
Answer 11 of 11: We plan to hire a small SUV with Costco. Our options are Avis and Budget based on the rental prices. Which company would you recommend? We are picking up the car around downtown area. Any specific rental office to recommend? I read many bad reviews...

I keep seeing people post on here about renting cars for $105. a week or $12 ($16 w/Tax) a day, etc. I've been searching for two months and have found nothing less than $200. (for a mid-size) for a week.
I prefer to have a rental car for at least part of my stay in Vegas. If we have an early flight back home, we will return the car prior to our flight day. In Feb. we rented from the airport, but returned the car at the hotel we stayed at and then caught a taxi to the airport the day of our flight .
