Hotel status is confirmed under my account. I've just received the same email from CUSTOMER-SERVICE@AGODA.COM. The previous was sent by csat_ar@agoda.com. Correction from my previous post : I called them to change my credit card for this booking and their CSO answers my call within 8 mins. It's just 3 days ago.

I have used agoda many times without any problem, when there was a hitch with their computer system it ws resolved promptly by email. Generally I find agoda cheaper than booking.com and paying by credit card at time of booking can be a bonus for some countries. Don't use Hotels.com if you want any customer service.
I found it.. To agoda.com, near the bottom, find 24/7 Help /FAQ. In this page , there is option for you to communicate by email or by phone. When you select email button, you have a space to write your message. You need to get your booking reference number to put in such that the Customer Service Officer can find your booking easily. How can you contact Agoda . They appear to hide behind confusion. I’m being charged 25% commission on a booking per day.
