Charlotte is not cheap for car rental, IMO. just google car rental area of chalotte douglas international airport nc; it will give you the map. Some people say that Budget has the best location for returning the cars; see the map. Edited: 13 years ago
1. Re: car rental near train station. 17 years ago. There are no rental car companies near the station. The train station is in a seedy and industrial part of town. However, I think Hertz downtown location will bring a car to the station or pick you up and take you to their office. Enterprise probably will as well.
