I've gotten a lot of brochures and books for our trip, but this one is by far the best. great map in center of book.

No. Entertainment Books "work" better in metropolitan areas, and the various versions are constructed by metro area. Also keep in mind the Entertainment Books are advertisment. Just because something is in there, doesn't mean it good - or that it is a good value. EB has a very fluid definition of "high-end" restaurants.
Ask at check-in. Fun books are kind of a thing of the past, but they are still around. I am guessing you are arriving on Sun Country on a package "junket" trip. You may get some coupons upon arrival at the check-in and at the slot club. Simply ask at every slot club for them up and down the river. There are also many promotions.

Needless to say, there are plenty of them and they do have great coupons. Just be sure and ask at restaurants, stores, condos, etc. We just never looked in the right spot! I also had trouble remembering to use them. I could've saved a lot more money if I would have studied the books more. Good luck!

Yeah, a 2 for 1 coupon for a Slurpee at the 7-11 in Lihue probably isn't worth a $12 investment. They do show Alamo & Enterprise though, so if it's 10-20% off, that would work.... Report inappropriate content.

When it pulls up - schroll to the very bottom of the page and the entertainment coupon option is listed under coupons.
