Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately car rental isn’t an option for me. I was really hoping to do this trip without the restriction of a tour. My plan was to take a taxi/Lyft to Muir Woods, then a taxi/Lyft to the floating houses in Sausalito and walk down to the ferry port to take a ferry back to SF, the shuttle bus from Muir Woods will only take me to the bottom end where the ferry port is.
