The price was the lowest I found, phone service was good. I had no unusual requests or problems. I do not remember their cancellation and change policy or whether they honor price drops. Holland America would not match their price. I booked good airfare on my own for a lower price than was offered by Vacations to Go or Holland America.

They actually get pretty consistent good recommendations with many return travelers. You may want to repost there as the negative to the positive reviews - particularly for people using the search function in the future. You can also review the restaurants and lodgings accordingly.
