As a Bangladeshi, I would suggest Bangladesh, it's obvious :-) Bangladesh will be less expensive comparing with Sri Lanka. Here people are amicable, friendly. Also, the flavor will vary immensely from the city to the villages. Capital city is crowded where villages are calm and serene.
