    5 years ago. OP - Get a better VPN, I'm using Google daily, works great (returns search results quickly) for searches in either English or Chinese, and have always liked it better than Bing. Mike, just tried Bing and it too is working just fine, though since I have my VPN on, it's the US version and not the China one. Report inappropriate content.
