Thousands of people have good experiences every day renting their cars ... but 99% of review writers are the vast minority who have a bad experience.
Monday, I rented a Dollar rent-a-car via Expedia. Avoid DOLLAR!! When I arrived at the location, there was a line of about 15 people waiting for casr. One of the employees was handing out bottles of water - instead of operating a computer and helping customers.

Ace has us paying a penalty of $25 per toll (total of 3 or approx $10 locally) 5) The exit from the rental office had two directional signs, one to the airport the other to city. We took to city that leads directly to a toll road. 4) Trying to return the car at the airport there are NO ACE SIGNS POSTED.
