13 years ago. We will be arriving in Edinburgh and staying a few days then doing some sightseeing throughout Scotland and eventually making our way to London for a week. I am planning on purchasing a PAYG cell phone in Edinburgh. In researching this, I notice there a quite a few cell phone companies available. (O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin, etc.)
1. Re: Purchasing a Pay As You Go mobile phone at Heathrow T4. Nowhere in Arrivals, I'm afraid; Dixons is airside rather than landside. You'll find shops selling mobiles all over central London, though, with Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U, Argos and the individual mobile companies each having their own shops as well.
Answer 1 of 5: We would like to purchase 2 pay as you go phones upon our arrival but I am not sure where to start. We mainly want to be able to communicate with others in our party in case we get separated so we don't need tons of minutes etc.
