I called the corporate Hertz and they agreed, but could only provide me with a refund of $86.17, which only covers a portion of all the gas money I spent. They provided me with a phone number of (702) 262-7700 which is an automatic loop. The said I would need to contact the direct location for further discussion. I'm unable to reach them.

Nice cars for Ultimate Choice. As a president circle member, got a nice selection of cars and I picked a Cadillac for my trip, which was really nice. The returning experience was good too as the staff was very friendly to help with my request. Will definitely use Hertz again when visiting Boston next time.
I rent from Hertz a lot. I am 5 star presidential circle. I rent from them always because there never is the hassle of returning the car. However Independent hertz locations can be problematic.
