Alamo is on Level 4. You need to drive your rental car up the ramps to Level 4 inside the garage to return it. After returning your car, follow the signs to "SFO Terminals" or "AirTrains". They should all around inside the garage directing customers. If you don't want to take elevators, there are always stairs.
Most of the major rental companies - hertz, Avis, budget, national, etc. have their high-end car collections, but to my knowledge they still do not allow one-way rentals (on their Porsches, Ferraris, range rovers, etc.)
