Re: best hotel/location to stay if going to a Royals game. If you are still looking, the Westport Hotel 816 is a good hotel and maybe less expensive than the Plaza and the Power & Light area. Seldom is there public transportation or shuttles to the game. Plaza, Westport or Power and Light are your best options.
