  3. CVS site now charging for no symptom covid tests? - Tripadvisor

Got the appointment for Feb 7th. This morning I went to their site and there is no longer a check off for ‘no symptoms’ ‘for travel’. It then leads you to you are not qualified for no cost testing and they direct you to a no symptom section to ‘voluntarily test’ for $139. Anyone else see this today? It’s ok.

Just providing an update, since we got to Aruba on 8/23. My husband and I got 2 tests for a flight outbound Monday morning. We got the CVS PCR test on Friday morning 10:30am (JUST making the 72-hour cutoff) and results came in 10:22pm Saturday. As a backup, on Saturday morning we also got the Walgreens IDNOW test, and got results in a few hours.

The Rapid Antigen from CVS will suffice no problem for TCI. I believe CVS may only indicate "not accepted for travel" because there are some countries that DO require the PCR, and so the Antigen may not be accepted universally for travel. I had the Rapid Antigen from CVS, as have a great number of people on here, and it's been accepted no problem.

  7. Pre Travel COVID testing: Walgreens or CVS? - Honolulu Forum

On Oahu presently. Used Walgreens Rapid ID Now test. Scheduled on a Wednesday, tested on Saturday, rec'd results in 90 minutes. Flew out on Tuesday. Never asked for insurance card or payment at Walgreens. My belief is that CVS is getting more by charging you the $139, than they might receive otherwise.

  8. COVID testing at cvs. Which type? - Turks and Caicos Forum

    www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g147395-i212-k...

Actually yes, the CVS nasal swab antigen test is totally acceptable, we just used them for the TCI portal and for Verifly. No need for PCR. Got our results back from CVS in about 20 minutes, ready to be printed out and down loaded. If you can get an appointment at the CVS tomorrow I would go do the rapid antigen nasal swab and forget the PCR.

  9. CVS site now charging for no symptom covid tests?

I need to schedule an antigen test for travel later in February. When I went through the questions today on the CVS site, it told me I could pay for the test, which is fine. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told there were no appointments within 100 miles of my location. I am in RI.
