For every Costco booking I have made (dozens), it has always been on the actual rental car website (Avis, Budget, Alamo) plugging in the Costco discount BCD # for instance. It works just as well.....and includes 1free additional driver.
1. Re: Booking car rental through Costco. 4 years ago. The way I have done it:: Alamo has "Skip the counter option". Become a loyalty member with Alamo. Rent through Costco. Take the Costco/Alamo confirmation #, go to the Alamo site using your loyalty number. Look up your reservation with the # .
