Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   The rental was at the lowest cost of any SLC car rental (probably because the van had 47K miles on it). 2. The shuttle from the airport to the offsite agency was very prompt. 3.    Costco is under 800 for the 2 weeks. Least expensive out there. It comes out to 55/day. Nowadays you really not going to find it for less. You're a Costco member so book with them and keep an eye on prices. You can call Costco and cancel your reservation and book the lower price. No change or cancel fees.

   I rented from Fox at the Phoenix airport in January. I used Costco Travel, the savings was significant. I was in line for about an hour. The line was long. All the other car rental companies were empty. It really became a joke as some of us were getting friendly, comparing how much time we had to spend in this line.
