Hertz, the parent company of Thrifty, responded to my query for deposit repayment; efforts to contact Thrifty are pointless, so I contacted Hertz. A demand for $25 processing fee to research the Thrifty rental contract signed in Jan 2023 was made - suspect, as I included a pdf copy of the exact contract with all the details.
