Make sure milk is cold, or buy UHT milk on the shelf and chill it. Canned evaporated milk or canned cream also make good coffee creamers, and all stores carry them.

   Walmart is next door to Sam's Club, but it's called Arretera. You can find everything, from coolers to moisturizers, fresh tortillas, beer, meat, dairy, etc, and they accept U$ dollars too. Across the street, 1 minute-drive South, there's another grocery store, American style, with very good prices as well.
