Thank you to you both for the replies. You see the use of a pin for a credit card is what is confusing. Here at home, we never use a pin with a credit card (our credit cards finally have a chip by the way). A credit card is simply swiped and then signed. Maybe if I called the credit card company, they could provide us with a PIN.
