I just did a spot check on a few resorts in June (hotel only), and they were 10 to 20% cheaper than on Expedia. For example, Iberostar Grand Bavaro was $500 per night on Expedia, and $400 per night with Costco.

   We've used Costco several times to travel to AIs in Punta Cana and Mexico, but we have booked airfare separately because their airfare prices aren't so great out of the Washington DC area. We still saved money booking air and land separately.
