With the mega resorts of Atlantis and BahaMar, staff aren't always treated well -- by the htoel or the guest. As a local, I regularly see guests treat staff with utter contempt and rudeness.
However,if they are anything like "ANDREA", your team member @ CLUB QUARTERS, in Center City, Philadelphia, I feel a physical plaque would be in order. Andrea is an above and beyond team member. Aside from her personal care w/ me, I observed her helping others w/ the same care and concerns.
I have also looked on tripadvisors help centre which says "if you do not receive an email contact us" but there is no where that I can go to contact you tripadvisor. Please someone help . PS. ATTENTION TRIPADVISOR MANAGEMENT you need to go over your help centre instructions and make sure they are in fact 'HELPFUL!!'
