We waited more, but only shuttles from other car rental companies were going continuously with zero shuttles from Budget in sight. I called the Budget 800 number, and the person who finally answered my call only said that I had to call the local number, that nobody could help me here, at 800 number.

On Nov 5th I was looking for the a flight from Winnipeg, MB to Indianapolis, ID on Nov 14th to visit my mother on her 50th birthday. I came across a great deal on Budgetair.ca.

But, you get to go to the Fast Break line which is usually very short even when the other one is long. You can call the Budget office at OGG and ask any specific questions you might have.
Called to find out if I could keep car and return to different location --phones were out!!! 800 number said we had to go to original location to find out as info was not in system because of the blackout. Drove from Ft Lauderdale to West Palm in a storm only to find out they were still having problems.
