We were due to drop it off at 5pm but we were 2 hours early. We checked the car back in with no dramas. 2 days after arriving home we were slapped with a $402 charge on the credit card.
BIG MISTAKE!! Should have asked for a return receipt as we are now over 48 hours since drop-off and it still shows that I have the rental! Tried calling the actual location and keep getting routed to corporate customer service. I requested customer service to close out rental and still no action. Still waiting for a resolution soon.
