If you have a subscription in force, your credit card company automatically charges the payment Opodo against the old expired card to your new one. If you have proof that the subscription was cancelled, dispute the charge.

Went to cancel the subscription in time but in the web it said I didn’t have a prime account so I left it. After 30 days they charged me 65€ for a years Prime.

Hi folks, I’ve got an Opodo Prime subscription, which has been worthwhile for the bookings required over the last 12months. However, it’s due for renewal next month and I don’t really need it, so considering cancelling the renewal.
They also threw out the automatic renewal clause and the clause that you lose your Prime benefits the moment you cancel. Further, Opodo has to refund the proportional annual membership if one cancels after say 40 days. In Germany it is mandatory that you are able to cancel an online membership with a single click on the membership page or account.
