There is no mention of a charge for a 65+ driver. I called them and got the same information. I think there is some misunderstanding here.

   I think each company goes on what they can get insurance for. I do think though some may be weary about older people about hiring their vehicles as they are the most likely to potentially get confused behind the wheel.

   6. Re: car rental for seniors. i disagree that there is an "upper limit" of 75. there isn't ! as i pointed out, hertz is 99. and as i am well over 75, there has NEVER (so far) been any reference to my age. and rentals have included enterprise, alamo, budget, europcar, buchbinder/ global etc.
