   Your bank statement from the Hotwire sale will say, ALL SALES FINAL. Your bank will not refund because the place has bad reviews. For future reference....I would never buy a hotel lower than 3.5 or maybe 3 stars at the lowest. The hotel should have an 80% or greater customer satisfaction rating. I consider nothing under 80%
