Nu Car got me on the cheap promotion, but when I got to the rental desk: 1. The van I reserved was not available. 2. They gave me a Jeep, but we waited an hour for it to be cleaned. 3. They said due to the wait, I could bring the vehicle gas tank on empty. 4. Got into the vehicle, had a quarter tank of gas in it.
