Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

My quote is by far the cheapest and I looked at Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and Alamo. Budget was also cheap but got horrible reviews.
