What I don’t like about Hertz, they charge you each and every day of the rental, even if you never go through another toll. The max is $24 or so, but it’s just flat out wrong.

Hertz provided link to online app supposedly to help with getting car charged. But, could not download/access due to EU data protection laws! You would think Hertz would know about this restriction for travelers from USA. Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked.

They are part of the car rental shuttle system that services, hertz, budget, Avis, National and Advantage car rental companies.Depending on which airline and or terminal you fly into, it can be a quick walk like mentioned above or if you use hawaiian you will need the shuttle as the the walk would be long and annoying with luggage.
