What I don’t like about Hertz, they charge you each and every day of the rental, even if you never go through another toll. The max is $24 or so, but it’s just flat out wrong.

I hated the Hertz in Paris where I had to drive the car down a tiny ramp to the seventh sub-basement and slide the car into a microscopic stall, without anyone from the company inspecting the car for me!
