Hi. I have verified that my T Mobile plan will cover calls etc while in CR. My question is how do I make a local call once in Costa Rica? Since my phone is a US phone, do I still use the 506 country code or just dial the 8 digit number? Having no luck with the Google machine. Thanks all!

On a mobile phone the full international format +31 20 6200922 "should" work wherever you are calling from and wherever you are calling to, even if you are using a Dutch (or a UK SIM) to call a Dutch (or a UK number). This should also work with your Canadian phone at home.
