To the OP, don't over-think it. Just drive to the airport and follow the signs to rental car returns and you should see the sign for Enterprise. If you pick up the car in Chicago you can get a map from them which will have directions to the rental car return. Once you drop the car they will point you to the shuttle bus back to the terminal.

Do your paperwork online or sign up for their renter program to speed up the checkin process. Other than that, you should be fine.
Answered: Even if u have an Internet reservation Enterprise may not have your car- read the other forums. Also if there is ANYTHING special in town (like NASCAR) they jack up their prices as much as 3-times and u wont find out until u return the.
