Old fashioned Shopping Centre. Nov 2023 • Family. The county mall toilets compared to other shopping centres are dirty and outdated. The mall is full of outlets in the middle of the down stairs walk way. Find the flooring and building very outdated and dreary.

What’s best is that it is an honest & fair mall! Parking is fair and reasonable, with a gradual increase to £5 for all day. Despite Brighton being my closest mall, I would rather travel further to come to Crawley and spend my money with a fair and honest company as opposed to Churchill square and surrounding car parks! What a lovely company
